Reseller Policy

Wizgiene is proud to partner with resellers across South Africa to ensure that our premium hygiene, cleaning, PPE, and plumbing products are accessible in every province, township, and region. Our Reseller Program is designed to offer competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and quality you can trust — backed by Mihloti Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd.


By joining our Reseller Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Reseller Eligibility

To qualify as an official Wizgiene reseller, you must:

Operate a registered business or informal trading enterprise

Be willing to purchase in bulk quantities (minimums apply)

Agree to comply with our brand guidelines and product standards

Complete a simple Reseller Application Form

Have a valid delivery address within South Africa


2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

All reseller orders must meet our MOQ threshold, which may vary per product (e.g., 100x1kg Pine Gel, 50L Drum Detergents, etc.)

Custom/bespoke orders (e.g., private label or white label) may have higher MOQs and longer lead times


3. Pricing & Discounts

Resellers receive wholesale pricing and tiered discounts based on order volume

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping

Pricing is subject to change, but resellers will be notified in advance


4. Payments

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch (strictly no credit unless otherwise agreed)

Payment options: EFT, card, or approved payment gateway on our site

Proof of payment must be sent to accounts@wizgiene.co.za for processing


5. Shipping & Delivery

Wizgiene delivers nationwide

Resellers may arrange their own couriers or opt for our courier network at a standard fee

Delivery timelines range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on location and volume

⚠️ Note: Wizgiene is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once dispatched.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery

Resellers are responsible for return courier costs

Refunds or replacements will be processed once items are inspected and approved

We do not accept returns on used, opened, or custom-labeled stock

7. Brand Representation & Repackaging

Resellers may not repackage or alter Wizgiene products unless under an approved private label agreement

Use of the Wizgiene brand, logo, and product images for advertising must be approved

Resellers must represent Wizgiene honestly and professionally


8. Termination of Reseller Status

Wizgiene reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller privileges for:

Non-compliance with policy terms

Misuse of branding or misrepresentation of products

Consistent late payments or order cancellations

Abusive behavior toward staff or logistics providers

Access to product info sheets, price lists, and promotional material

Optional WhatsApp support group for quick updates and assistance

Priority access to new product launches, limited-time deals, and seasonal campaigns
