Refund & Return Policy

At Wizgiene, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning products purchased from our store.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

A return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Products must be in resellable condition


We do not accept returns on:

Used or opened cleaning and hygiene products (due to safety & health regulations)

Custom or branded orders (bulk/reseller orders with labels or custom packaging)

Clearance or promotional sale items marked non-refundable


2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.


If approved:


Refunds are processed within 7 business days

You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit


Please note:

???? Shipping/courier fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


3. Courier & Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all courier or return shipping costs. Wizgiene does not arrange collections unless it is a return due to our error.

If you require assistance, we can help organize a return courier and deduct the cost from your refund or credit.


4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item that arrives damaged or defective, provided that:

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

You provide clear photos of the item and its packaging

The product is returned to us for inspection


5. Bulk & Reseller Orders

Due to the nature of bulk sales, reseller returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm quantities, labeling, and specs before placing large or customized orders.
